Bergerac is found on the northern bank of the Dordogne River, in the western part of the Dordogne department. It is one of the largest, most important towns in the region and a visit is highly recommended.. This Old Town used to be the hub of trade

Beynac Chateux. this is only a 20 minute drive from the Dordogne property and i'm sure you will agree this is stunning.. You can walk around this piece of ancient french history, before dropping down by the river for lunch in one of the many restaurants
